Pricing estimates

These cost estimates are for cities and towns with less than 25k population. If you have more than 25k residents, contact us for a custom quote.

Thing 1

Good for a single department that needs special attention (and can help guide others).

Any population:

  • Small department: $2,500
  • Big department: $4,500

Includes:

  • Department content inventory
  • New page titles and organization
  • Plain language training
  • Rewrite and build department-specific content

Thing 2

Good for content expertise and an extra set of hands to augment your internal team.

Population:

  • Under 10k: $6,000
  • 10 to 25k: $9,000 

Includes:

  • Content inventory
  • New page titles and organization
  • Plain language training
  • Rewrite and build high priority content

Thing 3

Good for if you need someone to lead your internal team and help with most of the content creation.

Population:

  • Under 10k: $12,000
  • 10 to 25k: $18,000

Includes:

  • Content inventory
  • New page titles and organization
  • Plain language training
  • Rewrite and build most to all content

We will refine these pricing estimates based on your needs. ProudCity meetings content scoped separately, based on archiving requirements.

Turnaround time

24-hour turnaround time for most changes. Typically the change occurs same day. For complex requests, we provide an estimate of hours and turnaround time.

Pricing

Subscription:

  • Up to 5 hours per month: $750 per month
  • Up to 10 hours per month: $1,400 per month
  • Up to 20 hours per month: $2,300 per month
  • Up to 10 hours per year: $1,500 per year

If maximum hours are exceeded, $125 per hour.

Onboarding:

$350 (one time fee)
