Christine Foster

Christine worked in local government for over five years. During this time, she helped modernize how the City of San Rafael’s Department of Public Works operated and engaged with the public. She helped build a new City website and implement a citywide customer relationship management tool.

She later joined and helped establish the City’s first department of Digital Service. In her role as a digital analyst, she developed a social media strategy to increase community engagement. Christine also served as a public information officer during the COVID-19 pandemic, PG&E power shut offs, and other emergency incidents.
